The common areas are regularly cleaned by an external company and regularly maintained by the current occupants.

This is an agency run shared house therefore, the following apply:

• A Signed occupancy Agreement

• 2 weeks bond must be held and will be held by the NSW Fair Trading Rental Bonds Online

• 2 weeks advance payment

• Rental ledger

• A rental reference upon vacating

All occupants must adhere to personal space and respect the belongings of their fellow occupants.
